Your Sales Data In Motion
Fondly called the 'Owner App', this module is built in the form of a mobile application that is integrated with the parent software 'FoodEngine'. It is your entire sales data 'in motion' which is built to provide a seamless experience to those whoever be interested in monitoring the sales of their business throughout the day of operation.
The sales report data available is under three heads — Today's sales, Item-wise sales, and Live Table Reports.
The importance of sales statistics can't be undermined. The application does no mistake in being your statistician and it is straightforward too; uses graphical representative imagery to put forth the data and the comparisons which are easy to understand.
Today's Sales
The daily sales software displays the Daily sales report for restaurants. The details contained include Total sales, Dine-in, Takeaway, Delivery, Room service, Complimentary, Cancelled bills, and Discounts. The amount of each service is listed both with and without taxes. In addition, a graph decorates the top screen that depicts the sales differences between the services.
Item-wise sales
This category displays the collections per food item. Both the total revenue generated by each food item and its percentage share in the overall revenue are put on display under this sub-module. More information on the share of each item can be obtained by clicking on the food type on the main page.
Live Table Reports
This sub-module displays the live status of the tables from the restaurant to the Owner. The occupied tables, the billed tables, and the open tables are shown here. This information can be obtained floor-wise which helps the owners track the sales of all the floors in the building. Additionally, the billed and the occupied tables also contain the number of people who occupied each of the tables. These data, however, can be availed only for a day and expire at the beginning of the next day.
The application that is available for both Android and iOS enabled smartphones is a must for the owners to keep an eye on the sales and the settlement from anywhere around the world.
